兩女捐肝救父 香江新寫全球醫療史

香港瑪麗醫院今天宣布，一名父親日前接受兩個女兒分別捐出的肝臟左、右葉，醫療團隊先在體外連接兩邊肝臟，再植入病人體內，為全球首次以此技術進行手術。

香港中通社報導，接受捐肝手術的59歲男性病人本身是B型肝炎受感染者，並患有急性肝衰竭。由於肝功能持續惡化，急需進行換肝手術，最後由兩個女兒合力捐肝救父。

瑪麗醫院2日召開記者會指出，雙肝移植手術一般是先移植右肝，之後再移植左肝，分4次逐一將肝靜脈和門靜脈接合；肝臟移植中心這次在體外先將肝臟左、右葉「合二為一」，然後直接分兩次接合病人的下腔靜脈和門靜脈。

院方表示，以往的雙肝移植手術要在病人體內進行，手術時間長，對病人不利。這次手術採用的新方法不僅縮短時間，也能提高植入效率，減少器官缺血的時間，提高肝功能的復康機會。

香港電台報導，瑪麗醫院上述作法是世界上首次採用，可說是技術突破。院方指出，這次手術涉及3人，包括接受肝臟移植的病人，及兩名捐肝的女兒。取肝和植入肝臟的手術，要在同一樓層的3個手術室同時進行，以縮短肝臟缺血時間。
