兩岸熱線 陸委會：情勢較明確後再溝通

（中央社記者陳家倫台北29日電）陸委會今天表示，大選後相關情勢仍在動態發展中，陸委會與大陸國台辦都認為，相關事務在情勢較為明確後再溝通比較好，因此選後至今都未使用兩岸熱線。

外傳陸委會和中國大陸國務院台灣事務辦公室之間的兩岸熱線中斷，行政院副院長張善政上午接受廣播節目專訪被問到陸委會是否打電話給對方，但對方卻不接。張善政回答說，「不能這樣講，還沒接上，不能說他沒接。」

張善政也表示，兩岸熱線「線是沒斷，但對方接不接電話是另外一回事」，行政院大陸委員會在努力中。

張善政的談話引起外界想像，猜測陸委會是否打了電話，大陸國台辦卻沒接。

針對外界的疑慮，陸委會今天說明，兩岸熱線從總統大選後至今並未使用。

陸委會表示，曾透過溝通聯繫機制向大陸國台辦提議，選後可透過熱線就兩岸關係發展交換意見。

但陸委會也認為，大選後相關情勢仍在動態發展中，相關事務待情勢較為明確後再溝通比較好，國台辦也持相同看法，所以就沒有使用熱線。

陸委會強調，陸委會與大陸國台辦溝通聯繫機制在選後仍如常運作，就兩岸相關議題如亞洲基礎設施投資銀行（亞投行，AIIB）、陸客中轉、甚至大陸旅客來台是否縮減等議題，都有持續溝通。1050129
